HDMA Elects New Officers to Board of Directors
The Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) elected new officers to its board of directors at the recent 2005 HDMA Annual Leadership Forum. Effective immediately, HDMA’s new Chairman is Chris Mitiguy, vice president of Burlington Drug Company. HDMA’s vice chairman is Mark Parrish, president and COO, Supply Chain Services-Pharmaceuticals, Cardinal Health Inc.
The current HDMA Board of Directors includes: Ken Couch, president, Smith Drug Company; John Dohmen, president and CEO, The F. Dohmen Company; David Moody, CEO, N.C. Mutual Drug Company; and Mike Racioppi, president, Medical Group, Henry Schein Inc. The two newly-elected members of the board are G.K. Richards, president, Capital Wholesale Drug and David McQueary, vice president, McQueary Bros.
Members of the HDMA Executive Committee, composed of HDMA’s officers, include: HDMA’s new chairman and vice chairman, as well as Kurt Hilzinger, president and COO, AmerisourceBergen Corporation (immediate past board chairman); Paul Julian, executive vice president and group president, McKesson Corporation; Eric Schuss, chairman, Bellco Health; and Jon Borschow, president, Borschow Drug.
